Xbajee9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between xbajee9 and all its members. They apply to the xbajee9 website, mobile app, and all related services.

Xbajee9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, xbajee9's interpretation shall be considered final.

• These terms and conditions apply equally to all members.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on the xbajee9 platform. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same individual, the same household, or from the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all accounts and associated balances being forfeited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, xbajee9 may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

• Provide a valid mobile number and email address during registration — these will be used for verification purposes.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

Funds are usually credited instantly after a successful deposit. If there is a delay, please contact support with proof of payment. xbajee9 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• Any attempt to reverse a deposit or initiate a chargeback will result in account closure.
• Keep your transaction ID as proof of deposit.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. VIP members benefit from significantly faster processing times.

Minimum and maximum limits apply to withdrawals. Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted simultaneously. Withdrawal funds are generally returned via the same method used to deposit.

• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.

• Any bets placed by exploiting a system error will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajee9 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and associated balances may be forfeited.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illicit funds.
• Match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
• Impersonating xbajee9 staff.

Xbajee9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice. This includes cases of rule violations, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

Members may request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded to the member.

• Re-registering after an account has been closed requires prior approval from xbajee9.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.
• As part of responsible gaming, members may request a temporary self-exclusion break at any time.

There is a set deadline for raising disputes against any xbajee9 decision — complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be considered.
